{"id":358,"date":"2024-01-30T14:01:10","date_gmt":"2024-01-30T14:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/?p=358"},"modified":"2024-01-30T14:01:11","modified_gmt":"2024-01-30T14:01:11","slug":"el-sistema-notarial-se-fortalece-en-el-canton-palanda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/?p=358","title":{"rendered":"EL SISTEMA NOTARIAL SE FORTALECE EN EL CANT\u00d3N PALANDA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-359\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03-1536x1023.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/tvmas.ec\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-01-29-at-15.37.03.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Director Provincial del Consejo de la Judicatura (CJ) de Zamora Chinchipe, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Torres, posesion\u00f3 a Marvin Torres, como Notario Primero para el cant\u00f3n Palanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El profesional del Derecho, fue declarado elegible luego de aprobar el curso de formaci\u00f3n inicial y obtener el puntaje establecido en el concurso p\u00fablico de m\u00e9ritos y oposici\u00f3n, impugnaci\u00f3n ciudadana y control social que establece el C\u00f3digo Org\u00e1nico de la Funci\u00f3n Judicial (COFJ) para la selecci\u00f3n, y designaci\u00f3n de notar\u00edas y notarios p\u00fablicos en Ecuador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Notario Primero del cant\u00f3n Palanda atender\u00e1 de lunes a viernes de 08:00 a 17:00 en su oficina ubicada en las calles Alonso de Mercadillo entre San Vicente y calle del Maestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La incorporaci\u00f3n del Notario Primero para el cant\u00f3n Palanda, obedece a los requerimientos que existen en estos sectores fronterizos de la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Torres, titular del CJ en Zamora Chinchipe invit\u00f3 al Notario Primero del cant\u00f3n Palanda para que el trabajo a desempe\u00f1ar lo cumpla con fidelidad, responsabilidad y transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Autoridad inform\u00f3 que el CJ, promueve pol\u00edticas encaminadas a la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas y pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s eficientes para mejorar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios notariales y facilitar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marvin Torres, notario Primero del cant\u00f3n Palanda, dijo que, su actuaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 con responsabilidad a favor todos aquellos usuarios que requieran el servicio notarial en esta jurisdicci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Art. 300 del COFJ establece que, las notarias y los notarios permanecer\u00e1n en el ejercicio de las funciones seis a\u00f1os, y podr\u00e1n&nbsp;
